At Reliable Ride, we understand that plans can change.
- Customers who cancel their ride at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, including any cancellation fees paid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation charges and may not qualify for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
